Once you fill out the application form, you will receive an email confirming that it's gone through. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER.  You will be contacted by my assistant within 1-14 days with my soonest available appointment that correlates with the schedule you provided and will be given a price estimate and deposit information at that time. Once the deposit is received, my assistant will provide the exact address.
