Once this form is submitted, Dani will review the details and her assistant will reach out to you with the soonest available appointment that coincides with both your and her schedules, as well as an estimation cost. You will hear back within 1-14 days. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. To solidify and maintain the discussed appointment, a non refundable $50 dollar deposit will be required that goes towards the cost of the tattoo. Once recieved, you will be emailed with the studio's address as a confirmation. If you notify us within 7 days of your appointment by clicking the reschedule link on our website, your deposit will remain intact. If it's shorter notice, an additional deposit of $50 dollars will be taken and combined with the prior deposit and will also go towards your tattoo.
